Refund Policy


Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are excluded from return, such as prints, catalogues, gift cards, postcards, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please return your purchase to the manufacturer, Marion Pilz-Lucyart.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

Item with obvious signs of use
Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you’re approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale item

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items and discounts, as well as special offers cannot be refunded.

Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same or a similar item, email us at {info(at)marionpilz.de} and we will send you the address to return the product to.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will notify you of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
